Congratulations: To Samuel Crump who on Sunday 22nd March shot his first competition and won this first Surrey County Colt Championship title in Olympic Skeet at the National Clay Shooting Centre at Bisley.
Samel Crump (15) has only been shooting for two years and was introduced to the sport by his father. Like most youngsters Sam started shooting Sporting but at last years Bisley's Open Day he tried his hand at English Skeet. Enjoying the new discipline, Sam made steady progress and was quickly noticed by NCSC coach Sean O'Shea. Sean along with sponsorship from Southern Gas Networks recommended Sam to upgrade to Olympic Skeet. Shooting in his first competitive competition on Sunday 22nd March, he archived his first Surrey County Colts title. Sam's ambition is to be selected to represent his County Surrey and one day be picked for the England squad.
