After the first round Mike Davis had stamped his mark on the proceedings with a strong 23 followed by Colin Webb and Steve Cole both on 18, with Roy Forester and Tom Ruane following on 14 and 13 respectively.Second round went to Mike again with a most excellent 24, followed by Colin Webb on 20, and Steve with a 19. Third round saw Mike continuing form with a 22 followed by Colin on another 20 and Steve slipping slightly returning a 16.Mike completed the final round with a second 22 to secure victory as Surrey champion with a fine 91, with Colin taking the Veterans title with 78. Unfortunately no ladies or juniors took part.MANY THANKS TO BARRY AND ALL THE STAFF AT THE N.C.S.C. FOR AGAIN PROVIDING A GREAT DAYS SHOOTING.
