2009 South East Region Intercounties Automatic Ball Trap Championship
NCSC Bisley Sunday 14th June 2009 God's Own County Rules Supreme!!! What a fab day - great targets, great weather, great company and a great result. The Champion, shooting an incredible 100 straight, was Bradley Davis ( Surrey) this was his first straight at the discipline. The Lady Champion, after a shoot of with Tracey Speirs, was Rachel Parish (Surrey) with 92. The Junior Champion was Simon Clarke (Berkshire) with 96. The Colt Champion was Dan Tarrant (Sussex) 87 and the Veteran Chmapion was Eric Davis (Berkshire)95. Sadly for the South East Region, Rachel Parish is moving 'up north' so this was her last win for Surrey and we wish her all the best. In the team event - winning with great stlye were my boys'', Greayer London (God's Own County) 467/500 with Berkshire not far behind on 462 and Hetfordshire in third place with 457. Greater London has never won this event so it was even more of a pleasure to finally get our name on the trophy. Naturally, I was more than pleased, in fact, I was jumping up and down! and I thank Barry and the team at the NCSC for a very nice day. Sandie Buckler South East Regional Secretary Chairman
