Surrey Olympic Trap Championship NCSC Bisley 6th July 2008 On a miserable day on Sunday 06th July 2008 at the NCSC Bisley, there was a very poor turnout with only two seniors, two veterans and a colt, contesting this year’s championship. Mike Davis cruised to his second Surrey County Championship title of the season after winning the ABT title in May. He shot consistently throughout the day, finishing with a score of 86 and securing the title by 6 shots from Colin Webb. However Colin did win the Veterans title with a score of 80, while Jack Tucker had a difficult start but went on to take Colts title with a score of 70, and collected this medal. Thank you to Barry Desborough for putting together this year’s event and to all the referees. Congratulations to Mike, who will be presented with his trophy at next year’s AGM.
