2008 Surrey County Helice (ZZ) Championship Invicta Gun Club Sunday 20th May 2008 This years county shoot was held at Invicta Gun Club in Kent, the event was shared with Kent and Sussex on the 20th July there was 24 entries for the day but only 4 from Surrey. The weather was sunny and quite windy at times. The winner of the day was Kents Ron Smith with 19x20, back to the Surrey boys and young Sam Coffey was on a possible 17 for the day but droped his last bird to finish on 16 leaving Dave Cole to take the title for the 7th year running on 17 well done to them both.
